Service Request - Outside Manufacturer Warranty Period

Standard warranty is 12 months.  If you would like our technicians to attempt to repair or diagnose a failure or problem outside the warranty period, please select this option (select an equal quantity for the motor(s) you are returning) and continue to check out.  The charge is per motor, for technician time and analysis, and is non-refundable.  If your motor(s) is(are) not able to be repaired, or if there is any additional cost to complete a repair (including parts), we will reach out for additional payment in advance.

• Controller board $150.00,  if a stator is required $195.00
• Mechanical issues, not including ball bearings could fall within the analysis fee of $50.00
• Because of the motor construction, bearings are not replaceable.  If the bearings are the cause of a failure, a new motor purchase would be required.
